Happy New Year!
As everyone knows, the pandemic will not magically stop on January 1st, but as 2020 has taught me, it’s time to continue to listen to your inner voice, to create a cocoon of sweetness and to protect yourself from the external chaos. So for 2021, take care of yourself and your loved ones. Take the opportunity to ask yourself what would make you really happy, without destroying the planet. Best wishes, Malika Smith Like it? This Christmas Post is forbidden to children
When I was around 5 years old, as I no longer believed in Santa Claus, I was now part of the “big ones” (and I took the opportunity to play the adults with my little brother …) The adults had entrusted me with a mission: as soon as he was in bed, I had to get up discreetly from my bed and fetch the gifts: My parents had confessed to me their stash: the shoe closet! And as soon as I opened it… I could put them all upstairs, next to the Christmas tree: Mad with joy and excitement, I complied immediately: ….It wasn’t until many years later that I realised… How about you? Do you use your children during the holidays to chill out? :-p Merry Christmas to you! Malika Smith Like it? Share it!:0

Lockdown: my Personal Experience
In the country I live in, we went into phase 2 a few days ago only. Even if wearing a mask is still mandatory, the access to bars, restaurants, gyms etc. is now allowed (up to five people). I enjoy this new phase and being able to explore outside my neighborhood. Looking back, here is a little report of my two and a half months of confinement. How about you? How was your experience? Was it liberating? Oppressive? How do you see the future? Looking forward to reading you, Malika Smith Like it? Share it!:0
